Read that article ^ pmsl.

A victorians still kow how to buy an orchy bottle, most ppl usually do that anyway.

B The article said Bongs are the safest way to smoke weed. I remember reading that joints are the cleaest way of smoking.

Not sure how that works out, maybe comparing a bong that never gets cleaned, dunno.

 

All I see the Victorian government doing is reducing its economy though a lost business.BTW are they going to ban cigarette papers, I doupt it.
