Recommended Posts

:D hey everyone,

it has just been put to my attention, by the missus, that i spend too much time with me girls. i can't help it i told her .' i've gotta keep an eye on em' you know for hermies and bugs and stuff.'but in reality i think i'm just hooked on growin.i can find myself at times going over each plant for 15 to 20 mins .in the end i would probably spend a good 2 to 3 hrs a day with them.(not counting watering time) what do you think. do i have a problem?

is there any hope for an aging hippy.or should i just not give a shit and just go and have another couple of pipes!

does anyone else think about their babies 24/7? most night i even have weed dreams

well i'm ramblin again. see yas later. breakky bongs again chuff.

wade

I used to be like that 3 years ago when i first started growing, now i just give them the time needed to cover the chores, although i dont want to change from scrog growing as it does allow more time doing somthing enjoyable. Yes i also had the wife mention to me once or twice about the ammount of time spent in the garden, i also got the nagging about running costs blah blah blah.

Yeah once upon a time, now I spend probably only 10mins a day average with my plants, alot less then I should.

Outdoors its different though, I can sit and stare at a tomato for an hour, I think the combination of bongs and sun on your brain just makes you slow.

But yeah I think about growing pot 24/7 for years now, everything relates to growing pot in some way or another.

My missus dont complain about my growing she complains I dont grow enough, She wants me to be growing it to sell and making money.

At the same time she wants me to only grow 2 plants..

I wish women got as obsessed with making us food as we get with growing them pot.

AAHHH ha ha very funny if he worked half the time on the farm instead, we wouldn't have fences ect that need fixing, not to meantion the fact that i do the work so he can!

I try to spend the least amount of time poss, but I used to spend loads more on them - my wife was a white widow widow & moaned loads!

Even spending less time I spend a good 2 hours fortnightly flushing thru etc, a few hours a week at least training when growing, a few hours trimming for scrogging - check on em every other night (normally - sometimes every 3 days) at least for a good 15 mins - shit - then there's harvest, trimming, curing, etc etc, then the big scrub ready to go again, cloning, etc etc. In man hours I must spend a small fortune, not to mention power, expanded clay, globes etc etc etc.

Too much time...still, I love my hobby, i'ts a labour & cost of love.

I spend 30 mins checking things out each day.

I need to almost [1 fan more] finish off building my grow cupboard this week so will spend another day putting the light in, sealing the hole the cords go through, adding 2 holes at the bottom and one at the top for ducting and nailing some wood for my tray to sit on [so I can do a nute change].
