at what age/height deeper pot?

i have a mother plant in soil outside, about 2 ft(after being cloned just once), she is till young...maybe about 2 months old.my question is...will she need to ever be transplanted /root trimmed in the present pot that is rectanguar...about 40 cm long by 14 cm wide by about 16 cm high....????

Yes. Do it soon, and be gentle with the roots. You can simply "pot up" to a larger container, and fill in the media around it. Make sure you have perfect drainage.

 

Although it can be grown in as small a pot as you want, really, the larger the pot, the bigger the plant can get, generally.
