Hi first grow, lets see what we can do to help ya out. ;)

You can get some ph down from a hydro store fairly cheap, but in a pinch you can use vinegar. It's not ideal, and it doesn't have anywhere near the strength to work as a long term solution to ph, (trust me, I know. :) ) but if you can't get ph down, then it's probably the next best thing. If the plants are in soil then give them a good flush with ph corrected water, (6.0 to 7.0 for soil. Middle ranges I find are best.). As they have been overferted they will probably not need any more for a while.

You'll know when to start ferting again, the bottom leaves will start to show a little yellowing. If you do fert again soon, (I can't remember what you're using, or what you od'd them on, could you post that again here?) then take it reaaaaaaaly easy. You'll grow better, healthier plants using weak amounts of nutrient more often. Weakly, Weekly. That should be enough. Oh, and always water with plain water before adding ferts, this will help clear the soil/perlite mix of the left over ferts from the last time. As you're in a part soil media tho, you probably won't need to fert for a while anyway. The soil, even if only about 1/2 of the proportion of the mix, still should contain some nutrients if it's a good quality mix. Might not last long for a greedy bastard like mj, but it will go for a bit.

Oh, and if you can, get some ph down from a mail order supply. It's dangerous stuff tho, I keep mine in a double black plastic bag at all times, that stuff will eat straight through just about anything. It can make life easier to get some distilled water, (so as to be neutral ph and non-reactive) and dilute it down to 1/5 or even 1/10 concentration. You'll need more of the solution to lower the ph as much, but that's a good thing, sometimes a single drop can take you too far with the straight stuff, and unless you know exactly what you're doing you can drop ph levels real quick... too far sometimes. If that happens, it's generally better to just make up a new solution.

Whew, if I've missed anything, just let me know, I know I've been a little scarce in answering peeps q's here a bit lately, lot's on the plate at the mo... But I'm here now, and here to help. :)
