needs help on growing outdoors

In the paper glass shot glass technique was this covered from light? It needs to be a dark place, I have a heat mat and have had no problems germing seeds between paper towel in a dark plastic container, only prob is its sealed so i ahve to check twice a day so tehy dont suffocate which isn't a problem really because I like to look, and it rarely takes longer than 24hours, the heat mat would play a big role in this i think

yehh i covered them from light i used aluminium foil to cover the shot glass and the paper towel i used another plate were do u get the heat mat from?

My way, Grab some paper towl, fold it a couple of times, put a little water where your putting your seeds, drop some seeds onto the moist towl, flap the otherside of the paper towl over the top of them, pour a little water ontop and then stick it in a dvd case in a draw or a cupboard, 100% as of yet, usually within 36hours or a little longer. It also of course depends on the quality of seed. Best of luck

And if you want a cheap heat mat look on eBay or go to Big W and look for the beer brewing gear and there should be a cheap $20 heat mat there, thats if they still sell them. Otherwise any home brew shop will sell them.

A user in the seeds arrived forums says he uses the heat from his modem, im sure u can find some source of ambient warmth to get them cracking!

I've heard of people chucking them ontop of their GFX cards in their cpu, keeps it real nice and warm, just make sure ya clean ya conmp

Auntynorm is absolutely spot on, I would suggest giving his method a shot.

I also only use Jiffy peat pellets to get my seeds germinated & they work a treat.

Get yourself some peat pellets & wack on the desired amount of seeds, Keep the pellets moist untill your seeds have sprouted.

Transplant pellets into medium of choice & your on your way.

if it took over a week, seeds are dud.

probably left them in light or in a warm place or something bad when you had them for that year.

I'd recommend buying some online..

Also go on youtube and type in marijuana germination steps/guide either one and there's heaps of tips it's fairly simple.

I just get a cup of water, fill it about a pinky finger nail high maybe even less. than pop the seeds in, to easy.

or get a plate and put a piece of paper towl on the plate than wet it with a few drops of water only a few you don't want to soak it!

than put anther piece lightly on top let it rest on top and do a few drops of that aswell.

 

than put them in a dark place for 3 days than check on them, simple.

make sure when they do germinate that the white stalk is pointing down towards the soil, my latest seed took about 7 days to finally sprout - good luck !
