Hood-fan-filter order?

no worries mate..... You should be fine. If not, well that can be fixed. Having temps that don't fluctuate is more important than not getting temp above 28.

hey token i will look into this as night temps mite be a worry but its my first summer in this house, so i will have to wait and see. Plus its my first indoor grow so i dont have alot of experience.

Awww come on no-one has advice on this combo? i am only a recreational grow so i don't need anything high tech or the best of the best. I am just wondering if this will suffice i am not going to be cooling my hood anymore thanks to tokens advice from his own tent so the fan/filter combo will now only be for exhausting air thanks

I would go for a bigger fan. There are calculators in canaversity to suss out... My fans can replace my air in the tent in about a minute or so... Way overkill but if I need a cool tube or go a bigger tent I don't have to upgrade the fans..... I run 2 150mm centris. One inlet and one exhaust. The air in my tent hasn't got time to heat up and hang around.

 

Do some occupations and see if that fan will be Ok... I will have a squiz at the link.

Be warned about buying off ebay. Also I have heard bad reports off this dude. May be false, but I won't take the chance. I am sure any hydro shop will ship it if u pay them. It is a sale.

HEY token thanks for the advice i don't think i will upgrade my tent in the future as it is only for personal smoke and i dont need mega ammonts either i dont want it hanging around if the pink pigs in blue come sniffing around.

I have not heard these rumours about this guy :S? But it has made me think about purchasing from him. I only looked at it because it was cheap and as i said i dont need the best of the best for my situation.

 

 

I mite need the bigger fan anyway because if this summer gets hot as hell then i might need to connect a fan to my air cooled hood.
