trimming

hi guys can anyone give me some advise on trimming my plant. i am 3 weeks vegging and 1 week in to flowering. what leaves do i cut of and does it do any harm to the plant. i know i have to thin it for the light to get to the bottom but dont know if im taking branches of that will be producing bud. also is it right that when you start the 12/12 cycle the plants will double or even trble in size ? any help would be good. thanks.

probly better off not tuoching em , give us a pic of the plant an one of a leaf , an probly be able to give you an idea an how much it will put on ,

you dont have to trim any leaves off

its not like its going to increase your yield

Yes that is right most plants will at least double in size during the "stretch"..usually the first 2 weeks of 12/12 is when this occurs, then they will stop growing and concentrate on flowering.

A quick internet search of your strain will prolly give you and average stretch.
