NEW ANTI-CANNABIS LAWS FOR WESTERN AUSTRALIA - 1st August, 2011

MEDCANPOET: So let me guess…the Socialists/ Communists/ Laborists failed to persecute, violate and eradicate the scourge of Competition from Western Australia’s legal drug lord empires - their main competition being Cannabis, its culture and its followers.

 

As such, the Fascists and Nazis known as Liberal and National have sent their new (even though he’s failed miserably in his previous assignments/ portfolios) war minister to declare a new war on the Cannabis genus, its followers and its culture……as well as targeting the rest of the so-called ‘illicit drug’ collectives in his spare time.

 

ARTICLE: "Rob Johnson on Wednesday responded to results from the 2010 National Drug Strategy Household Survey that showed WA’s rate of cannabis use was 13.4 per cent, 30 per cent higher than the national average".

 

MEDCANPOET: First things first. The 2010 National Drug Strategy - just like every Drug Strategy and policy in Australia - is created, enforced and pushed by a bunch of so-called legal drug users, abusers, addicts, pushers, advocates, dealers, traffickers and manufacturers.

 

These same legal druggies regularly hand out drug licences to their drug cronies, while also regularly handing out tax payers funds to eradicate their competition for them, and robbing us of our police as they are now turned into drug soldiers and drug cartel protectors.

 

And…let’s not forget some of the most expensive babysitters that the tax payers have ever had to pay for, when they’re looking after legal junkies/ drug abusers called ‘drinkers’. They continue to protect them, even though they regularly get attacked and bashed by them!

MEDCANPOET: While every Police Officer in W.A., every Minister, every Politician, every Media personality etc. is allowed to go out and score, consume and abuse any legal drug they want, ‘tough new penalties’ are now created by these legal druggies in their CRUSADE against Drug Heresy. Make no mistake, readers, their anti-heresy crusade is no different to any other anti-heresy crusade throughout history. Repent (change/ assimilate to what we allow you to do), or be punished for your heresy.

 

So, let’s look at what this anti-cannabist Crusader and his anti-cannabis pro-ethanol drug taking Boss (Tony Abbott) has for those filthy heretics today.

 

ARTICLE: "Mr Johnson said the new penalties aimed to curb the level of cannabis smoking in WA and reduce the harmful impact of the drug, which had much higher toxicity than previously recorded".

 

MEDCANPOET: While Mr. Johnson and his drug lords aim to increase the level of ethanol drug taking and all the harms involved to whatever his drug lords want, his anti-heresy crusade creates new religious penalties aimed to curb the level of Protestantism - oh, sorry, paganism - oh sorry, sexual orientation - oh sorry, skin apartheid etc, to supposedly reduce ‘harmful impacts’ of something, while creating so much harmful impact himself through his new HATE-FILLED POLICIES.

 

Then, this bigoted druggie, is intelligent enough to bring the focus away from 6,000 dead from ethanol (who cares about that harmful impact), 16,000 dead from cigarettes, 10,000 dead from Prescriptions, 2,000 dead from NSAIDS and 1,000 dead form O.T.C’s - and let’s not forget every Politician’s and Police Officer’s favourite meth drug, tri-methyl-xanthine at 300-500 dead per year Australia wide.

 

That’s a lot of dead. Oh, sorry…that’s a lot of LEGAL DEAD, and no legal druggie bigot gives a flying fuck about legal dead! It’s the illicits they target, only, with the occasional ‘Responsible drinking/ responsible medicating’ campaign that keeps the word drug on the Mountain, while they abuse drugs in the Drink Valley.

 

While all their drugs are toxic enough to kill you, Mr. Johnson (backed by toxic legal drug lords) mentions that Cannabis has a much higher toxicity than previously recorded. Let’s look at this deluded druggie’s statement, logically.

 

The Cannabis genus has, always has had and always will have an LD50 toxicity death risk ratio of 40,000:1. Pure active ingredient drug THC has an LD50 toxicity death ratio of 10,000:1 making it the safest drug dealt in any recreational or medicinal so-called legal or illegal drug dealer, worldwide.

 

Under the same respect, Mr. Johnson, the drug you back, the drug your boss consumes and backs, and the favourite drug of our Prime Minister (ethane hydroxide) has an LD50 ratio of 4:1 as a pure ethanol drug. In contrast, while THC is 9,996 times less toxic than your favourite recreational drug, another street drug that you’ve deemed as the ‘big evil’, heroin/ di-morphine, has an LD50 ratio of 6:1 and most prescription drugs have 6:1 to 16:1. Hell, even caffeine is 300:1.

Neither Liberal nor Labor has the balls to ever create real anti-drug abuse laws in this Country, because 64% of Australia regularly abuses their favourite drug, ethanol, as well as caffeine, nicotine and pharmaceuticals….which is why these legal druggies create weak anti-abuse laws, and hard core strong apartheid discrimination laws/ policies that places one drug collective under the heretic brand ‘illicit’ while placing, advocating and protecting another drug collective under the orthodox brand ‘licit/legal’.

After the baby Pharmaceutical drug lords open the ‘gateway’, then Rob Johnson and other drug lord backed individuals and collectives, hand the baby and their parents over on a silver platter to kiddie meth drug lords, the tri-methyl-xanthine stimulant drug cartels.

 

Then, after this flood of ‘Gateway’ drugs, Rob Johnson’s drug lords with Government and police backing, sit back and create all aged licenced to deal ethanol drug form events. â€Come on in kiddies. Welcome to my Drug Empires. say no to illicits only and try not to do the drug ethanol until you’re 18, even though we have shoved it in your face 24/7, ever since you were a little child.

 

“Remember, kiddies. Our drugs aren’t the gateway, it’s those filthy illicits. Our drugs are only the drinks that ‘Open happiness’, ‘Give you wings’, ‘Make you a rock star’, and don’t forget that they’re also ‘Good as Gold’ and ‘What mates do’.â€

MEDCANPOET: So the new completely pro-legal/ anti-illicit Liberal Dictatorship and Nazional Government are now hunting their drug’s competition with billions of dollars of tax payers money, but they are also doubly robbing tax payers by wasting millions of dollars to fund forced (compulsory) drug dictatorship one on one sessions where a so called legal, recreational drug user, abuser and/or addict takes a heretic to task about their choice of drugs, as well as their drug use, abuse and/or addiction.

 

Druggies hunting druggies does not make good policy, but at the moment it makes for a damn good crusade!

MEDCANPOET: Get into a car, drive the speed limit - no problem. Go over the speed limit - commit crime. Consume Rob and his cronies favourite recreational, psychoactive drug ethanol and drive your body at the proverbial ‘speed’ limit - no problem. Abuse the living fuck out of your vehicle and still Rob and his legal drug cronies have got no problem.

 

However, be caught with drugs deemed heretical by Rob and his cronies, and guess what….your body is just another vehicle that Rob believes he can confiscate/ rob from you and drive under the drug fuel that only he agrees with - even if it rots out your tank and destroys every part of your vehicle, including the electronic ignition system known as the Brain and the Nervous System.

MEDCANPOET: More than 10 grams and face a shake down/ robbery of $2,000 and being kidnapped for 2 years for having the same amount of drug that almost every police officer, almost every politician, almost every teacher, etc. etc. has in their fridge, their cupboard, their cabinet or on their person.

 

Why are legal drug takers allowed to persecute, rob and kidnap others just because they don’t agree with the drug the ‘heretic’ takes, or just because it is the direct competition for the drugs they take.

 

ARTICLE: 'A person found in possession of more than 100g of cannabis would be deemed to have that quantity for supply or sale and would face a penalty of $20,000 or two years in jail'.

 

MEDCANPOET: More than 100 grams of cannabis (NOT active ingredient THC, but cannabis plant matter) equals supply/ sale quantity and faces robbery/ shake down of $20,000 or kidnapped for 2 years. What for?

 

Well, for anyone who has more than 10 bottles of wine in their cupboard, basement etc. just imagine if gang members kicked down the door of your home, terrorised you and your family, robbed you of your bottles of wine that contain your drug ethane hydroxide, dragged you back to their gangs clubhouse/courtroom full of heroin drug addicts, including the judge, where you were robbed of $20,000 just for having those drug bottles on you and then forcibly incarcerated/ kidnapped for 2 years - —-

 

How would a legal druggie like yourself like it? Or is violation, abuse, vilification, slander, persecution and eradication only for the heretic, as Rob Johnson, Tony Abbott, Julia Gillard etc. all seem to believe with their policies reflecting their anti-heretic hate.

MEDCANPOET: So, while a cannabist found in possession of 10 grams or less of their choice of drug is forced to receive a Cannabis INTERFERENCE Requirement notice to attend a mandatory/ drug dictatorship counselling session, conducted by a legal druggie…..the legal drug collectives can score their drugs, use, abuse and addict themselves to drugs, deal drugs, traffick drugs, manufacture drugs, push drugs, advocate drugs, advertise drugs and target children with drugs —- any time that they like!
