A shy friends grow...

Recommended Posts

Doubt if it's overwatering, it's an expanded clay system, so that's unlikely. And the watering times are being monitored closely.

I think it's just the strains getting used to the environment, I usually notice that clones or seedlings which have been raised under flouros or shaded sun, and placed into a hps sys, can show these drooping signs as it gets used to its new environment. They all appear to be drinking well, and growing too, so I don't think it's much more than a little heat stress from getting the light lowered. It should pass.

Yes, the e.c. has been raised by 2 points to 1.4. I think, I can check on that for ya. Usually it's a weekly raising of the e.c., with every renewal of the reservoirs.

I think it also could be a strain dependent thing, there are 3 strains in there and providing optimum conditions for them all can be a bit of an effort to say the least. She'll do okay tho, this is something she's dealt with, and dealt with well I might add, before.

I'm certain that leia will see this thread soon and comment herself, as to whether she thinks there's a potential problem. It's early days yet. lol

Hello all how has everyone been doing around here.... Things have been quite exciting for me lately..

The WR stoped stretching and has stayed at the set flowering height i have decided upon for the last 4 days.... all shes doin now is bushing out, as pictures later will definetly reveal.

Now as to the GWS i ahve been trying to do alot of research into this girl and there isnt a whole lot out there..... But so far i am very impressed... took about a week to get settled but things are going great on em now. all they need is about another 5cm and they'll be ready to flip.

And last but not least BW they started off to a slow grow but after 7 days they took off with approx 5 main shoots each (which is what i want) i am expecting some A++ nice long sativa colas :-p

Now to droopyness and nutes etc etc...

Ph is moniterd 5 times daily and logged into workbooks..... ranging from 5.7-6.1 with adj as needed.

With my last grow i allowed the nuted strenghts to increase at a very slow and steady rate... This one i decided to pump the crap outt my plants without burnin em.... and thats what i ahve done.. they were raised approx .2ec every couple days depending soley on how the plants looked.. Tue at the 2 week mark i was up to 1.5ec and will continue on to 2.5-2.8 ec.

The above may be the reason u guys noticed some drooping. Although things have completely rectified themselves now that were are at 2.5weeks

Lights are currently set to 14/10 which "should" let the plants know whats comin and help with the switch.... w'll see though

Flowering.... flowering was supposed to commence on tue at the 3 weeks mark although i am planing on flippin em on sat. I am open to any comments on this issue.... what do u think?

well i think thats all guys i hope to see ur grows and will be watching in the background :)

Hi all, been a while hasn't it? Sorry about that leia.... Good to see the occasional post by her here isn't it?

Well, never fear, here's them pics for ya. I've been kinda running around getting my own growroom ready... it's sorta prevented me from seeing her often, but I'll be sure to keep the pics coming, either way. :)

This is the first one, shows the bottom 9 plants, these are the WR pair at the back and GWS plants. Looking nice. Geez, check out the size of the leaves on the GWS... that's huge.... ;) :)
