i reckon banning jockeys for a bit of pot is a tad stupid, like when you think about it, its the horse doing all the work (minus getting whipped) and pot causes the munchies. if anything, the smoking of marijuana would slow the horse down due to the increased amount of weight thanks to fixing up your munchies so its actually giving everyone else a fighting chance ::
