your buds will burn that close , shoulda stopped vegging earlier hindsight is a beautiful thing though.....your little white spots are light burn .... can you tie them down further? or maybe switch back to the weaker light if your at the start of budding you wont have any room for buds to grow .. shit will stress ...if your running full strength nute's maybe water it down ...your girls will be pissing out the water .... I would either tie them down (if you can) or change back to the weaker light and maybe trim the plant down to allow room for your buds ...I use the rule 400w = 40cm and for 600w = 60cm away from plants ...... hope some of this helped

Not running a lens addso roughly 10% extra lumens but it wont do any good if your temps are out of control, I would rethink the reflector you are using, get a cool tube or a reflector that can be ooled, I recommend a cool tube for a small area but a nice rectangular setup if you have a bigger footprint. But you need to move cool air over that bulb or you will have shorter lifespans on your bulbs as well. I hope this helps. CHEERS!
