outdoories down south.

Recommended Posts

hey folks. just wondering if anyone would be able to give me some pointers as to what strains are likely to go well outdoors in tasmania... so from what i have read Im better off to stick to something that is indica dominate so the flowering period is shorter so i defs get a nice mature harvest before it gets to chilly? also keeping in mind that it is my second outdoor grow and have limited experience. i plan to buy some seeds off a website due to last years bag seed being really disappointing. also if there are any Tassy heads onboard that are prepared to share a seed bank that has successfully got the product here id appreciate a private message regarding a recommended seed bank + any tips about cold climate growing would be awesome/ anyway thanks for your time i know its a big ask and im not really expecting much input/ sorry for the bad spelling = pretty ripped. peace

From Sensi, for outdoors in less than perfect summers, (less pricey) Guerrilla's Gusto (indica), Mexican Sativa (sativa/indica)... (mid price) Durban (sativa), Early Pearl (sativa/indica), Early Girl (indica/sativa). All fast finishers and performers in wet conditions, if they can grow this stuff outside in Ireland you shouldn't have any problems at all getting a crop in Tassie.

All good resellers carry Sensi. :bongon:

Early Skunk regular... no worries, there were reports last season (the last European summer) of Early Skunk Fems producing staminate growth (boy bits). No reports this year but if you are buying through a reseller they quite possibly they are still carrying stock from the suspect batch. That's why I didn't include it on the list in the first place.

If you aren't completely hooked on fem seed, I think the Early Girl makes a much nicer smoke than Early Skunk.
