That's pretty impressive. One house worth of hemp board and hempcrete per season per "couple of acres".

I doubt it. Firstly, it's made from stalk fibres, and secondly, it would be treated with the same chemicals they use to make newspaper or wool fibre insulation non-flammable, plus bonding chemicals. More likely to get cancer than a buzz if you managed to burn and inhale it, like smoking chip-board

 

You have to wonder if they don't sneak in the occasional recreational plant in among their industrial hemp crop, and sneak it out before the main harvest.
