Probably not a stupid decision....... Synthetic research chems including JWH like synthetic cannabinoids have a potential to be abused..... this could give rise to erroneous predictions of Jane Doe Citizen that cannabis is harmful..... and other related dramas ...

JWH compounds are extremely dangerous and overdosing on even a small amount is far too easy. It's much harder to self-titrate those herbal blends compared to cannabis.

 

IMO JWH smoking blends should definately be banned. They should make real weed legal and ban the fake stuff... that would be much easier for everyone.
