Help the growers of Australia. The prohibition causes more problems than it solves (which is none).

Grow as many as you like but anything over 99 plants (either big or small) is considered a commercial quantity (a friend recently got done for this).

Electricity providers are like any other money-hungry arse-hole corporation but, in my opinion, I don't think it's a good idea to steal anything (and it makes it more expensive for everyone else).
