porkchop
you are on your way to a new world with keging. i have been doing for just over 10 years and i have't looked back. cleaning bottels sucks. good thing about kegs you can do more than beer, if you discied to get a still you can have rum and coke on tap or any other mix you like.if you need any help i'm glad to lend a hand. doppeljr
I made a homebrew with cheeze also. I brewed the wort and fermented according to the instructions. Prior to the bottling, I added 12 grams to 2 cups of watter and boiled with the bottling sugar. I then cooled this and added it to the wort and then bottled it. The beer had very little aroma of the cheeze but it was definitely in there. After a couple of bottles in a short period of time, I felt really mello and fuzzy. It was excellent and I will do it again with a bit more cheeze.
