Low Stress Training

Hey all

I'm a novice grower and was thinking of trying out Low Stress Training on a couple of Barney's LSDs in my 125w CFL equipped closet. Has anyone tried this technique? Is it quite effective for utilising pot space and achieving a larger yield?

just tie down your branches... And use a Screen ... There are some pretty decent ScroG tutes on here

yes its a very good method but it is better used with other yield increasing methods to really get bang for your buck

Also are you using a 125W solely? as this is only gonna provide ~ 8000 lumens

 

marijuana is happy when it is receiving 40 000+ lumens (during flowering ideal is 100 000 lumens)

 

should def invest in a 400w or at least a 250W HPS bulb and ballast and watch you harvest increase dramatically.
