Mighty_J
Hey guys, Got a bit over 2kg of butter...of course not looking at using that all right now, but I'd like to make some brownies.I'll be incorporating some dried cranberries in these ones, and a lot of strong cocoa (Woolies brand ftw)I'm just looking for a recipe that uses a fair bit of butter really, one that turns out nicely, I'd like to not have to have huge portion sizes to get mad effect. So yeah if anyone could help out here?Appreciated. STONEDAJ69
Use the you'll love coles fudge brownie mix 600gram - i dont remember what the required amount of butter is, but its over 100G to a cake - and when using 1.5x the butter requested on package, it goes REALLY WELL... You just have to near double the baking time.
