Growing In Sydney Outdoors In Winter

Recommended Posts

Not to sure if the cold kills em or slows em down, but one thing i know is its only 40 days till the coldest day on winter which is june the 21st i think. Im not sure if the yield will be small but if you can yield like 10grams per plant itll still be worth it in my opinion. If I could i would take a decent sized greenhouse depending on how many plants you gona grow, set it up in the bush, get a shit load of grass which you cut from your backyard and build a big mound. This creates alot of heat as bacteria will build im trying to decompose the grass. If you could get enough grass it would create enough heat within the greenhouse to keep the plants warm enough to get through winter. I remember my best mate went to america right in the middle of christmas and he did this in his backyard. He also chucked in a heater connected to electricity and when he came back his babies had grown 2 - 3 feet in a matter of 3 or 4 weeks. But without that not sure if it will work. Maybe itll stop growing till it starts gettign warm again then the plant will start growin again. But if i were you id try a few out if you dont mind usin the seeds. Good luck with it, just try to be creative and think of a way you could create heat within a green house.

Thanks for your most thoughtful advice....I guess theres no lazy way out of it....
