stick with unknown strain ?

Recommended Posts

hey im new here.

i have an unknown strain, i know its been around a while ~10 years, i dont want to post a "what is this strain post" i have a feeling it might be NL

but ive made an order on DS for barneys vanilla kush and greenhouse white rhino

question is: do i dump my current strain and switch to one of these known ones. could i be going backwards for the sake of having a new bred strain?, i tend to get 5oz from each plant 4 under a 600HPS in a 1.2X1.2X2M tent in coco. i have got up to 7oz of each plant.

opinions ?

Hi and welcome to OS,

no-one could tell you what strain it is except the guy you got it from. So forget about asking that.

What do you mean going backwards for the sake of a new strain? Are you worried about a drop in yield?

If so then all you can do is try the new strains and compare the results - you won't know until you do.

WR is usually a pretty good performer, don't know about the VK...?

A change is as good as a holiday to some - if you've been smoking the same old stuff for 10yrs then it might be good to have a change? Variety is the spice of life.
