Here are a couple of links I found. There are better ones but I'mm too lazy to sift the treasures from the crap. These are ok. The third one 'cannabis lit' tells how to order a copy. I'm always a bit wary of ordering such things by mail but a good trick is to use Poste Restante, GPO, your capital city, then collect it at the Restante counter chiefly used by backpackers but open to all. You just need some picture Id to collect. Maybe I'm over paranoid but cops are dickheads and not above anything to catch harmless recreational smokers.

If you're worried about picking up things and being identified, why would you use photo id? That just seems to be defeating it's own purpose...

Queensland Drivers licenses are mickey mouse efforts mate. You could probably make one at Office Works using their colour printer and a stencil kit if you were overly concerned. However, I seriously doubt the post office would keep any records. All they ever do with me is look at it a second to see if the photo and name matches and hand it back. Mine doesn't even have the right address. It hasn't been updated in years. The cops are hardly going to orchestrate a sting operation and wait for you undercover in the post office. Mail is held for a month anyway.

 

Now if the cops kept a record of names and addresses ordering such prohibited material you might be in trouble. Cops like to follow loose leads to see if they go anywhere. Funny bank transactions, expensive real estate purchases, ordering books on cultivation.....etc. By going through Poste Restante all they can possibly get is your name. There might hundreds of people in your state with the same first and last name. They don't even have probable cause for surveillance.

 

The cops want to catch you redhanded. If you send mail straight to your address they might know roughly when it will arrive down to the exact hour the posty comes down your street on his fizzy slowped. They only have to sit out front and wait for you to receive the goods. Then they could go to a JP and say you ordered a book on growing or collected seeds and get a warrant to search your property.

 

Without seeing you pick something up they have no "habeas corpus" literally translated as "show me the body". The cornerstone of policing. No case for chasing you. A busy city post office which holds mail for weeks is great. They don't even have decent surveillance cameras. Like most government departments they tape over the videos each day anyhoo. The cops are not going to waste the resources on you even if customs found a parcel full of seed. For a book you can just forget about it. Ordering stuff to your home may carry only a very small risk but why take any? Poste Restante is a free service.

 

Kog just grows pot and sells it. He does it because he needs the money and he hates being told he can't grow. If his pot isn't the best around that's because he hasn't been under any pressure to improve on it. His pot sells. If it wasn't for people like him there wouldn't be any seed for homegrowers. Commercial growers kept the gene pool going after the US government decided to try and eradicate this plant from the face of the earth. If not for them the only plants around would be wild weed in areas of India, Mexico and China. The more pot grown the stronger the message to the government that the law is wrong and the cheaper the street value.
