When legalisation comes I'd say alot of dope growers will need to find new illegal occupations as growing pot will require too much effort.

Yes, that's exactly what I mean, criminals will leave the marked and fair and honest farmers, with a heart for their product, will take the empty space. I've seen this happen here. You won't get filthy rich either growing weed in Holland with our weed prices but it's a good living like any other farmer has. Same in Switzerland btw.

to me it really trips me out that you live in Amsterdam, it sounds more like something out of fairytales then a real place.

 

What I'm wondering is there many people opposed to the laws?? do you have political parties over there who want to lock the weed back up?? or does all the pressure on the laws come from other countries?? surely there is alot of people who aren't happy with the situation as lots of people dont like sex and drugs and fun in every culture I'm sure.

I have a copy of Kogs book, and Im glad I brought it.

I believe what he says is spot on in the book,

Sow the seed- well sow the seed is what he means,

Grow the weed- of course,

Make the money- I know people who own houses and other assets that grew for 5 years set themselves up and now only grow enough for personal use,

Fuck the system- The law system is already fucked, there are more corrupt pigs than honest ones, the law is set up for govt financial gain so why not beat them at their own game???

 

Kog is simply a aussie battler Farmer, done different to the other true blue farmers doing it hard, maybe harder for him due to the law.

So anyone who owns a farm is a criminal? the fact that he sells to people for recreation as well as medicinal use doesnt make him bad in my eyes.

 

 

What I would like to know is from the book, what strain does he grow??

Yea I do get it mate, But Bikies aint all bad, Commercial drug dealers are ok with me as Long as they do it right and dont cut corners, If people dont wanna grow their own and take undue risks then that means they have to buy it from somewhere, dont they?

Oh I would just love to travel europe and especially Amsterdam, just to experiance it.

yeah so do we. Ya know them photos in Kogs book, I was born and raised in those mountains. i smoked his buds countless times as a kid and they is all shit.

 

But the twenties I used to get of that gear were huge so it musta been sold at a good price. I never met the guy, but I bought his seeds and he seemed a good bloke over the phone.

 

& regardless of his shitty advice on growing his book is a great read. Pure self indulgent wank, & I reckon if you like a good read about someones experiences growing dope there is nothing better.

 

I think most of the reasons for kogs poor pot is in the drying/curing. Anyway that strain is a real old pure thai strain called mother sativa but most call it mullumbimby madness. Its said to have been native to Aus for over 50 years so its a landrace.

 

I grown the seeds a few years back outdoors, planted like 50 seeds but harvested 2 and 1/2 females. I cant remember the smoke at all, but it was way better than kogs pot and one fem I'd estimate yielded 2 pounds or so. I much more liked the great white shark F2's I got off him, even though they didnt compare to the real thing when I got it. very good price thou usually, meant to be bought in bulk lots of 100's and shit.

Anyhoo, this is a great idea if you are keen on being a dickhead.

 

These plants will turn into a useless mess of unpotent crap after a few years, if the idea ever works in the first place. If they find a place where they can grow quite nicely, they'll become exactly what you say, a weed, and the cannabis root systems will kill off all the other vegetation, and all the koalas and kangaroos will have to resort to eating pot and they will all be too stoned to have sex and will become extinct. Farmers wont be able to grow crops because the wild cannabis will drain the nutrients in the soil from miles away. Cows wont give milk. Its just not a good idea.

I plan to overgrow the local area and make the shit grow like weeds, however all due respect to the other growers I will be planting out females only as a male can pollinate up to 5kms from what I understand.

 

Yeah Kogs book is like an MJ related material, A decent read but not to be taken to seriously, its very Iam a MAN kinda book,

 

I would also be so pissed off if my plants looked as sad as his.
