advice please

hey everyone

 

i haven't grown much seeing as i'm only 18 but i have grown a few plant but never got into the technical side of it

 

anyway i planted this plant somewhere in January and it started to bud 3-4weeks ago, So it's 4 months old or so. I put in some dynamic lifter and lime into the soil it's healthy and in a medium sized pot and is like a meter tall. I just want to know when i should harvest it and what i should do to make it as good as possible. i removed the shade leaves off it after hearing it from someone that it makes more nutrients go to the bud instead of the leaves.

fan leaves are to be left on plant for duration of grow , they get the light to feed the plant ..
