Faking the mile high club

Hi all, does anyone know stuff about what makes plants grow at certain altitudes - ie is it the mix of oxygen, or air pressure or temps or all these combined? Could you fake it in a growroom? For instance to grow Arabica coffee at a low altitude? Just wondering. But if you don't tell me I will hack all of your toilets via email and backup your systems!!

Im assuming there is less oxygen and more co2 up higher so.....reduce your oxygen and suck back some cardon dioxide or monoxide depending on your kick....

Isnt that like adding co2 to plants....?

Hold your breath...let the co2 buildup and fake away baby...just dont do it in jail as the 7 foot black man we call bubba may rape your virgin soul while u r passed out...

If you have the means to control the mixture of elements within your grow room, eg O2, N, CO2, He. Then you would already know the way you could immitate this at sea level.

If you could no, why not attempt to create a vaccum and grow your plants in there. Light rays are more intense in a vaccum due to the lack of friction. More like usually means more growth.

Food for though.

::wacko:: I just noticed the bit about the vaccuum. You crack me up man.

I'd do that, but as you know sound doesn't travel in a vaccuum, so if one of my plant's that was holding it's breath due to there being no oxygen, exploded, I would have to have the door open to see it, as it would make no sound. Opening the door would of course, release the vaccum, defeating the purpose.

Ironic.

Yeah. Would be interesting to grow a plant in a vacuum. If possible.

Although, raising the atmosphere would have disasterous effects on a plant. Buds growing oversized. Plants growing to extremes.

Just raise the atmosphere, simple. Even better. Make the plant think that it's been brought closer to the center of the earth. That is, in escense what all plants are wanting.

Increase the pressure inside the growroom and see what the effects are.

PS ScuzZ isn't on anything, just having issues with a fellow B
