PHILIPS 45w GROW

i just recently been to bunnings and bought two high output 45w-->160w cool daylight 6500k ecotone cfl bulbs.. the lumen for each of them is 2850.. i was wondering if these two would be enough for one plant for veg.? any help here would be goooood & thanks..

The lights are not suitable for vegging plants. Be a big disappointment.

Perhaps a little more information on what you are actually doing, keeping a mother plant, clones etc.

For seedlings you could use a grolux 16watt you can buy these at hydro shops or aquarium outlets.

Clones you can use a compact fluro like thishttp://www.nutriflo.com.au/images/products/tn_Compact-fluorescent.jpg you can even veg with these at a pinch,need to be 64000K these are obtained from hydro stores.
