I did a bit of research on having an underground room built (similar to a cellar) and having the roof slab of the room as the floor for a shed on top of it. Room dimensions were approximately 4 x 4, with plumbing, a sump and ventilation running back through into the shed. Including the shed was gonna cost around $40000...........I'll stick to what I got for the time being

Just checked realestate.com.au you can get a semi-dugout in Coober Pedy for $60k. Need a grow room ? Easy done just a fake panel under the kitchen sink and break out the jack hammer. Need a bigger grow room, break out the jack hammer

Suspiciously there seems to be no dugouts for rent
