Well the thing is ppg this is a precedent case that anyone who is busted for similar charges can refer a judge to and punishment should not exceed the precedent case.

 

Pay a lawyer $1800 or do some research and defend yaself just as well as the overpriced lawyer, if not better because you can speak for yourself.

Sad you were busted but considering that if I was ever busted I could expect to be able to refer to your case as an example and get perhaps even a lesser fine. I sure won't be hiring no $1800 lawyer rather defend meself.

 

I dont know how I got busted I was racking my brain for the first couple of weeks but I'm over it now. They didnt put in the article that I had 25g of dried bud either. In my opinion SOG is a good way considering I had 49 Plants, 16 clones and I only got a fine. The police did tell me that they even weigh the actual plants and if that weight goes above 500g you go to the district court anf they try to charge you with supply/trafficking. The lawyer was well worth worth it considering my first appearance in court was adjourned and I watched a case with a 40 year old man who had 3 6 foot high plants outside and he got a conviction recorded, $1000 fine and a 24month good behaviour bond. He represented himself.

yes mate, you have to go to the court and apply for the transcripts.....you`ll also have to ask for a fee waiver form cause the cunce charge ya an arm and leg to get the transcripts
