Somethings gone wrong :(

Recommended Posts

Dear 420 world,

Everything was going along so well 6 weeks into flowering 12 /12 and all of a sudden the wheels fell off. As you may see from the pictures I seem to have lost the great majority of my leaves ? They just started to dry up and go all bad, apart from a couple of bigger ones up higher as you can see ? My technique stayed the same and potash was added for the flowers etc, same watering as usual, then super dry ? As this is my first grow experience what do I do, the heads look good to my untrained eye but no leaves. I tried to get a magnifying glass 40x 80 to check the trips but the dam cheep thing died and I can't get a replacement for 10 days (bloody china ) but will they last that long do they still take in water or whatever ? Until I get the new magnifier will they last:( SO NEAR , YET SO FARAWAY) PLEASE HELP MY FIRST CHILD LOOKS ILL ???? ( oh by the way don't know the strain ) I know makes it harder, hey I'm new to this..can I save them or just cut and turn upside down now ? OH THE PAIN !!!

what medium are ya using and what PH are ya running at?....they look ok like the others say :scratchin: .... but could look better :scratchin:

im not having a go at ya, ...you`re doing a good job

cannabis in inert/hydroponic medium likes a PH of 5.8 :) and if grown in coco, it`s good to get a fair bit of runoff(nutrients/water that drains from the pot) after each watering/feed .....and from my experience, coco also like to dry out a fair bit in between waterings/feeds :scratchin:

but...if ya using soil, it likes a PH of 6.3 ;)

hope that helps mate,

Thanks mate, I have been reading up a bit more on the details of the art of growing and feel that it is as you say "a build up " of the salts and PH levels. I hope I shall get some use out of the buds but will watch that the next time. Thanks... :disguise:

They look fine to me. A little tip burn, and not a lot of shade leaves but it still looks like it's a long way off dying.

I'd relax and let her finish.

Thanks Mate, as you say they look ok, it's just that their my first and you know how it is  I even purchased a new vapourizer and am looking forward so much to christening them all together.. :yahoo: The funny thing is, as I am now retired with my disabilities and such I was looking for some hobby to keep me interested in life in general, looks like I have found my calling, apart from the obvious effects of the product the process is really challeging and fun.. I might become an expert green thumb gardener !! :photo:
