I wonder how long they'd been growing there. Probably started off with a smaller amount of plants then kept getting bigger and bigger after they hadn't been caught.

420 plants, must be one of the 420 group. . No seriously, I think 400 plants is not really that much when you factor in the drying, males, pest and disease. This may have been a bumper crop because everything went well. Another point to consider is that the person might be trying to make cannabis oil which would require enormous amounts of cannabis as they are trying to help a sick friend or family member. This plant is a vital medicine to many, so its about time it got the respect it deserves.
