Outdoor flowering

Recommended Posts

well, it's been recommended to me that hydrponics nutrient should never be used for soil grows. the once I tried them, they didn't work for me.

neither do you want 'monster bloom' fertiliser at this stage of things.

what's most important at this stage is how you prepared your soil ... what you dug in ... how long it's been decomposing ...

you don't say where you are, and if you're not north of brisbane, growth is going to be pitifully slow cos there's insufficient sunlight (won't be crash hot north of bris either).

if they do grow you're not going to get flowers until next october!

Yeah hey mate i dont have a camera i was only really tryin to find out if the nutes were any good

Does it show any and signs of flowering/sex? If it is a female you could get some Rose Focus made by Growth technologies ferom Bunnings. I've used this fir 2 years and found it improved my yeild by about 30%.

And could some one fill me in on the monster bloom why dont i want to be using it

G'day IAM. I've never used monster bloom. I got onto rose nutes in the FAQ section of this site and found it to be great. But give it a go with some monster bloom and see what happens. Make it up to 3/4 strength for starters. I prefer organic nutes if I can get 'em cos they tend to burn less. Check my post "Near the Shed" you can see what I mean.

heya IAM , just some ideas for you here

everyone has different methods and products, applications etc. maybe there are no hard and fast rules , you listen to everyones opinion then make your own choice based on that advice

for example i have used hydro nutes as a supplement during the flowering stage for plants in the ground at the rate of once every 7-10 days at 3/4 strength ...

before watering the diluted nutes into the soil i water the plant with straight water in the morning then that evening i water with the diluted hydro nutes, and iam happy with that, even though i understand hydro nutes can interfere with micro-biotic life within the soil

some specific Rose flowering nutrients like 'Sudden Impact' are organic based and help supplement the plant's big appetite for Potassium(K) and Phosphorous(P) which are the base building blocks of flowers

if i was you i would be using the monster bloom strictly as directed for soil, in fact after googling it i might get some just to give it a try, i like the fact it has no nitrogen(N)

i would only use one of those products you have, because too much can overdose and even burn the plant

remember this is weed we are growing and does well even on minimal nutrients already present within the soil

lets us know how ya go

:peace:
