PC grows rule!!!

 

Very nice looking setup johnny. Here are my two little kandyKush clones currently flowering in my PC case, they have 3 x 24w bulbs on top of em. Can't wait to see how some autos go in my new grow box with 4 x 48w lights!!

Hey Gh72, is was a little sceptical about such a small grow space just over a year ago!!, But after the last year i know better hey. I had to have something very stealth and after a lot of reseach thought i would try the Pc

 

Awesome little grow, Johnny. What lighting have you got in the new cabinet?

 

Thanks again daemon, The Pc had 67 watts of fluros (2 x 28 watt Cfl's, 1 x 11 watt Pl-s) and the new cab has 97 watts of Cfl's and 1 x 3 watt LED, this gives about 6000 lumens over a grow area of 390mm x 170mm = 663 cm2 or about .7 sq. foot As I originally replyed to this thread it is quite possible to get nice buds of Cfl's, you just need to get as much wattage as possible above the plants and still haveing control over the temps.

buegeman, looks great, as you can see it is easy to acheive good buds under Cfl's, and like you, I am curious to see what can be done with a few extra watts.

Ha, ha, ha..... I could just see it now, true "micro grow", would have to use LED's ......, and thank you for the comments.

 

SO YES,,,,, Cfl's can produce nice nugs, but I think the trick is to do a SOG style of growing to acheive the best results. Heaps of nice little nug's like these:
