And the actual designs of the panels come from a brilliant mate of mine. If all works out i'll share the how-to here.

 

At current estimates we're looking at an outlay of ~10k and we'll make money from the power produced

so 'they' reckon its better to pump out tonnes of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere by using electricity to grow my weed rather than use the free sunlight? .. hows that work?.

 

is that right, sorry for the silly question but how can i do that without spending thousands of $ for solar panels, batteries etc (which dont have the capacity to run hps lights anyway)?

Ive also enclosed a picture of my beautiful house which has taken me decades to pay off

 

 

It all comes down to money money money. That's all they care about, to think otherwise would be considered foolish. And the sad fact is it would cost thousands of dollars to set your house up to be self reliant. People who are saying things like "solar panels can do this but its not feasible" have a point, but there is technology that isn't being utilised that can be used. If you look into the inventions of Nikola Tesla you will find many ways to create free energy. Plus houses are now being built specially made to be self reliant. You cant just wack some solar panels on the roof and say "that will do" you need an entire system. Plus there is free energy in the ground and in the air around us that isn't being used or tapped into. Once again though, it all costs money, but my point is, it can be done.

didnt mean to drag you off topic IC but my point was the drug squads eradication programs of outdoor Cannabis that you highlighted

forces ppl to grow indoors at the expense of our environment
