Got my plants ripped.

Recommended Posts

Hey Goodpawn....word of advice mate. Don't set any man traps or razor blades in case you get busted. Cops will do you hard if they find crap like that.

 Good advise yes. The laws for having booby traps are alot more severe than for growing yandi.

What sux is that you can't report theft of plants just like anything else if it gets stolen.

Peace MM

Mungas, great advice. The Goose is a fantastic idea!

auntynorm, also great advice, however I would recommend against advertising you have a dog of any temperament, let alone a 'fucking savage' specimen.

If thieves are going to rip blokes off (or the ladies), for whatever reason, don't let them know they have to bring a bait before the rip. Let them find out the hard way.

If you've ever had a crop ripped, it's because someone has opened their mouth.

If only they kept their lips inside a nice Roor instead :bongon:

I'm lucky as I live in an area where there are a lot of dogs, big small and everything else. The local brain dead have their pit bull things that the feds are for ever putting down. But having good fences of 2 mtrs is the real bonus of living here. There are a lot of old people around and I do little jobs for them to keep the peace. And they let me know if they see any drongos around, sort of like the bush telegraph. They don't know what goes on behind the shed, lots of camo with vege garden plants like corn, sunflowers and trelis grown tomatoes. If I catch some pus bag trying to nail my dog, I will turn them into compost, be assured.

Promoting a retalitory strike is not promoting Oz Stoners primarty aims & objectives and may even be negative if the site is 'promoting illegal activities like trading in seeds ect ..... - sure all would feel like 'cutting the senitive organs' away but couldn't you think of many other ways 'coping' .........buy a nice stranger unfriendly dog................. U will gain nothing form such efforts

Sorry mungass but "Bashing" him would only make things worse and it would red light the fact that this guy grows in his back yard and every tom, dick and harry will scouting out his back yard for plants next growing season :nono:

Bringing unwanted attention by bashing the guy is not very smart if ya want to continue to grow in or outside..

I had a mate that had a few plants in his back yard and what he used to do was tie fishing line all through out his plants and tie litlle fishing hooks all over the line so if any one came and tried to rip his plants there hands would be hooked lol and they would be stuck in the back yard screaming (good alarm system lol) Was funny to see the local scumbag hooked to plants in ya back yard crying for forgiveness and mercy, but i wouldn't recommend setting any traps though.

By promoting taking what's not yours is ok is not good either, the punishment fits the crime and would whether it was a plant or wallet or lawnmower or pet ! In a foreign country stealing gets fingers cut off . if it's not yours leave it i'n it's private residence get a job and buy your own. A dirty thief is a dirty thief !

Some people don't see it the way we see it mungass, they see it as whats yours is theirs and if given a chance they would and will take it before ya can say WTF.. But violence isn't they way....

As nitty said a good guard dog and also abit of work securing the back yard wouldn't hurt..
