dwc how much water i need?

im setting up a small hydro system for 1 or 2 plants

i reckon maximum there is about 50cm of height for the plant,

so wat is the minimum size of the water container?

is two liters enough?

U only have a max hight of 50cms?

 

Dose that include the area the pot and the light will be in, if so u wont have any growing room a plant can fill up an area of that size REAL quick.

 

2Lt pot for DWC insnt anywhere near big enough, imo the min size bucket to use for DWC is 10lt.

I'm having my first crack at DWC. I got 2 x 25 lt buckets. If you're using only 2 litres of water and have 50 cm of grow space you might as well save yourself the trouble and buy half an ounce of weed. Less mucking round that way and a fair chance of a better yield.

 

I'm only new at this but seriously, you're looking at growing a bonsai.

 

But that's just my opinion.
