Been a few crew asking about Glandore Hydro Shop,so i thought i would let you know what kind a service I got from them,Well it go's like this, I rang them on 9/2/2011,time 10.30am,I spoke to {Joe}an orderd my new Quantum Digital Ballast,I spoke to one of the other guys from there as well a few days befor odering my Ballast an he new what he was talking about a no bullish guy that filled me in on every thing from A to Z,if you would like to know some thing they are the guys to talk to,Any way my new Ballast arrived today on the 11/2/2011, :thumbsup:Very nice Ballast indeed,The price of freight was included in the price of the ballast=$350.00 all up, cant ask for any more than that you score 10 outta 10 Glandore Hydro,I will be back for more of that kind of service . {PS they reply to there emails as well }

Good to hear. You know what kind of warranty you get on those models?

 

I've only heard good things about them in the past from a friend who utilises them.

Hi Darth ,yes they have a 3 yrs replacement warranty then 2 yrs fix it warranty on the Quantum Ballast same as lumatek Ballast, an Glandore will replace your Ballast from themself,then sent the Ballast away for warranty so you dont have to wait 3 to 4 weeks for your Ballast to come back to you,Glandore sent you a new 1 staight away ,cant ask for better service than that I dont think.

props to glandorehydro, i have started a thread re quantum digital ballasts also. i have been following this thread and have ordered from glandore before and what great service! my new local northcoasthydro is a breath of fresh air for me also. things are scarce in coffs and i think its because of the old shop crumbling anyway since we're talking great service i feel obligated to give props to the new shop in coffs, thanks for saving me an 8 hr round trip to a decent shop!! you boys go my back, thanks. billy!
