All Australian Boys Need a Shed

Recommended Posts

Here is a shot of my grow this year. They weren't in bud when I took this but they are now. As things progress I will up date. They are all female, the seed was given to me and I was told it is a cross between N.Q. and P.N.G. We shall see.post-33553-0-87645900-1297323818_thumb.jpgThey are as tall as the brick fence now, 2 metres and a bit. The other two are of a young girl just starting to bud, nice.post-33553-0-58144700-1297467469_thumb.jpgpost-33553-0-99586600-1297467522_thumb.jpgThis last one shows the girls looking over the back fence. I have pruned them rather hard to let the light and sun get in. All the big shade leaf and the small skinny branches are gone to encourage more bud growth. I did this last year and it worked ok. Tomorrow They get a god drink of rose flowering nutes. Edited by auntynorm

Yep, good stuff

Side note, used to (still do) love that song as a kid, gave a whole new meaning to it when I was old enough to properly understand it heh..

A joint to learn to read an' write' date=' to work on his bike at night

To grow up as he likes, to grow anything under lights

A place to keep his tools, nuts and bolts and drills

To hang a hide, to hide the dry or hang to pay the bills[/quote']

At the back of the shed where the dogs are fed near last years bails of lucern

Sticky tall green leaves came up from thrown out seeds

All it took was bantam poop, I watered 'em once and they grew some

They should be prime 'bout Easter time if no nosy neighbour steals 'em

G'day Nugget. The way the song goes is pretty much what happened with these, lucerne mulch, chook poop (among others, all organic),watered about once, the rain had been good here, and around easter the fun begins. Any one comes snooping around with the plan of being a bad actor will get a very rude shock, several actually, starting with the dog, it's her back yard, she's very protective of her territory, and then the owner, who really hates thieves, the discussion in the shed, with the unfotunate dill would be very one sided, to say the least.
