how do you deal with heat fluctuation

I am having trouble with either to hot of a day and to cold of a night what can I do to solve this problem ???

Well the first thing to do is to run your lights at night. Anyone in a warm area does this and the power is cheaper.

 

If you are on hand during lights on then open up your grow space - I open the doors to my containers every day to let in fresh air and cool the area down.

 

You can run a oil heater at night to warm the area but they cost more than your lights will.

 

Insulation is also a good investment, buy Styrofoam to pad the walls and ceiling with.
