First i totally agree with

@Jimbo

@Billo..

Good old fashioned advise for beginners :bongon: ..

 

Anchors please be careful of talking yourself in to a state over it. If you are that concerned, then don't smoke it. But if you are curious then 1 little J is not going to send you to a loony asylum ok. But it may make you cough even more if you don't smoke ciggies and you may get smashed and love it or not. You don't know until you try.. Just follow the advise given and relax. This is the advise I would give any one over 18 years of age..
