wat can i use for PH up

hi all, every time i mix up the new nutes i got me ph reads 5.8 to 6.1, 6.1 aint to bad but im growing in soil so i want it up to 6.6 never had to ajust up before so just woundering wat i can use ?? i read a post awile ago an remember sumone saying you can use a coulp things around the house but carnt remenber wat they said

i had a look around yesterdy but couldnt find nothing to help with up so thout id just arsk you guys n girls

Go get some ph up. Pet shops have it in the fish section or get some from a hydro shop!

hi wiet yer i now i can get from pet shop n that but have to parra an dont fell like going over there just for that i aint got a car an no shops like that around here ill get sum next time i go over there but

an doesnt realy bother me that much couse its always 6.1 but just wounderd if anyone new wat to use thats laying around the house

 

i now wen i use fishemolshion it raises the ph heaps so ive been thiunking of puting few drops of that in to bring up abit but dont now if its good to mix that with hydro nutes ? even no it would only need a couple of drops any thouts on that one peopls

hi pleb, my tap water is 7.5 an around that but wen i mix the nutes it goes rite down 6.1

The PH up ive always used in my tanks is just Bi-carb soda (i just grab it from the kitchen when i run out), about half a teaspoon in a bucket of water will bring the PH up nicely. Hope that helps a bit. Edited January 23, 2011 by *Ryno*
