Well this sucks- opinions please

So i got some seeds off a friend and i put them in this season, only to find out just now after all the hard work has basically been done that they came from a plant that was a hermie... so i have 3 plants, they havnt shown sex, but from what i have heard/read, the seeds from a hermie are normally always also hermies.. so question is what should i do? just keep them all growing or wat? if i keep them heathy will they still be alright to smoke apart from the fact there are seeds?

Hey wizzy.

 

Most people will tell you to get rid of the hermi stock. Id say keep them. They should only herm if they are put under alot of stress.

 

If you see any male parts, then get rid of them.

 

Also, as a side note. Alot of female plants will eventually start showing male flowers if you leave them long enough. Its an in built last ditch effort to pollinate itslef and carry on its genetic line.

thanks iatd, will keep them i reckon as its my first ever grow and i may aswell as i cant really see the point of getting rid of them if the hardwork has been done. next time ill just have to get some proper seeds from a reliable source
