Its fair Im under fluros as well and in soil and I have no money for a better setup interested............

I will be adding a 400W Son-T-Agro in a few weeks to flower. =P

Updates while Im here:

The plant I thought may have been expressing itself as a male isnt sexing yet - its just some leaf growth that I must have deformed when tying so Im glad I didnt go crazy and remove it - no plant has started expressing itss sex yet. Ive noticed increased growth around the branches on the plant which I accidentally tipped already and the fan leaf is getting big - heh - but the one I think I fimmed [im no expert] has spent most of its time growing from its growth tip - the branches havent grown much more yet. The nodes on both these plants are getting the lump above where the shade-leaf stems grow from and the stems are fattening up.

The last seed I planted is growing very slowly but I hope itll pick up speed when set to 12/12 and catch up to the height of the other two.

I already hate my potting/medium choice for this grow as it stays too moist for my liking... next time Im going back to old-faithful 2xpotting and peat/sphagnum/vermiculture|perlite [i forget which is which until I see it] so that it doesnt rely on temperature/feeding to dry the soil - time does it nicely. Of course I hate my choice in nutrient and will be using organic nutrients next time. I was pondering setting up hydro but Ill leave that till later or try it out on an outdoor plant first.

Ive read about grapes and supposedly it takes a few years to produce anything so when my grow is done its getting put outside with a tressel to grow into [im taking it with me if I move as I love fruit - heh]. I want to grow strawberries, passionfruits, grapes, avocados and some more things when I get good at growing to give me another hobby. :)

Pics will be taken on the weekend - they should be bushy by then and Ill make sure I get close-ups of both tops [and you may see how unhealthy my plants are - doh - its all good in the end].

I have put another coat of white paint in the flower chamber [it just needs a few patches touched up now] and drawn up a design of what I want the final cupboard to look like. Ill be making the Air duct tomorrow to block the light from getting in through the exhaust fan [which Ill buy this week]. I have to also buy some pipe to run a electrical lead through to block light. :o

I took two clones toda, one from each plant and they were both 4". One clone is growing its nodes together and the other is alternating - both clones are in a bubbler [see sig].

I chopped the top off the bucket to let more light into the sides of the plants and it let me raise the bucket higher also - I use a 6-pack esky as a reservoir [flood to waste]. Also I have added 75W Incandescent with the fan pointing straight at it - its really red so shouls make more stem growth. lol

Heres the cupborad I want...

I took two more clones from the larger plant and tied both plants down to encourage growth from the lower parts of the stem. Ill take one pic later tonight and add it to this post but it will show the whole bucket instead of each top.

Both plants are growing well IMO but I cant wait to see mega branching [since taking clones it looks a bit bare]. lol

I see one calyx on the larger plant but it has no pistil.

And, heres the latest pic - Adding the light yesterday was stupid - my plants have a bit of heat stress now.

A cat dragged a mutant snake in this morning - it has legs and tries to use them as it slithers along! I call it crawling king snake as it crawls and is possible a king brown baby?

Heres a pic - wish my cam was better...

Oh, as I was moving the bucket from the growbox to the computer room I had a look underneath the bucket [standard laundry bucket] and noticed a bunch of roots hanging out of the holes [i transplanted these plants after starting this thread so this is excelent]. I LOVE PEAT/SPHAGNUM MOSS! lol

I should be putting both plants in their own bucket right now but Im leaving them as they are as they should start showing their sex soon. Ill put a bubbler under my bucket and make more holes if it starts to die during flowering instead of shocking the plants any more [theyve had too much abuse already]. :o

Thats not a snake lol, we have heaps of those around here and thewy are a type of legless lizard :o

Hmm... I guess I wont be able to sell it to Australia Zoo for millions of dolars then - bummer.

Anything I read about legless lizards said the legs were useless but this one uses its front legs while its slithers to make it move a bit easier. ;\

I just got myself some perlite, more peat moss and pots for the clones if they root and I got my plants their first real meal. When I was looking at nutrients I remembered what the nutrients I used last time were like; the grow nutrients was an A+B formula [this provided different ratios of nutrients] and was $40 for 2x1L bottles sold together and the bloom nutrients was a 1L bottle for $50 [1L mixed to about 50Lso it was enough for 2 grows] - Im pretty sure they were organic although I could be wrong and I want them again because they grew very green and bushy plants at a rate of 1 inch per day and the fan leaves were bigger than a handspan within a month. lol

I have to get a fan still and will be getting one from Bunnings for ~$15 hopefully - itll look nice in its newly painted wardrobe - shes all coming together nicely but slowly! The hydro shop had nice looking fans for $45-$100 but I wanted nutrients and a fan for $30 today so Ill get one of those ones later [they have a plug already and look like they move a lot more air than a bathroom exhaust fan]. :o

I seen the hydroponics warehouse shop has Son-T-Agro 400s for sale at $65 [iIRC - heh] until this Sunday - Ill have to pay $75 after this - doh! I think a 600 may fit into the hood Im using though as its a decent size and air cooled. Hopefully 400/600 isnt too hot for my setup!

I am just going to train the plants and wont worry if any arent female - I wont be using all of my space up so it shold be easy to remove any males by bagging and chopping. Ill take another pic of the plants when the embarassing yellowing veins are fixed up [by Sunday I hope]. Ill put up a pic of my mason jar and bong in paraphanelia forum if I manage to chip a clean hole in the new glass bong. :P

Also, I might do a peat/sphagnum/perlite guide to show how to start on hydroponics without spending more than $100 - including CF! I can talk about growing from seed and clone with pics as soon as I have this system running smoothly. I just need to get a new webcam or cheap digicam first and also get these plants into the flower chamber so I can start doing the grow/clone chamber. Ill talk about the bonsai techniques [ie trimming the roots one fortnight and taking the cuttings the next - I done this during my frst grow with a 1' plant and got heaps of cuttings - too bad the cuttings were all wasted] to help the mother grow well in a small pot. :(

Ive been too busy today... smoke time!

...side view.

1 clone has started to root and I havent checked the others [i moved one from a pot which had 2].

I put chains up for the light and will be buying a 600W SonTAgro HPS with ducting and fans soon. My new temp job should get the growroom looking nice! :o

I took another clone from the older plant [the spindly one on the left in the above pic] as its been through too much shock and I want to grow a good example of this strain - Im putting the mother outside in peat/perlite/sphagnum/soil/pebbles when its healed and I am growing the clone in a new mix of peat/perlite - the clone should grow faster than the other one heh.

The small plant isnt looking much better yet but the bushy plant [the one on the right in the above pic] is looking really green now! lol

I just hung the 2 sets of flouros in the flower chamber and placed the other one in there also. All the plants are now in the flower chamber so I can start doing the small chamber. I put the scrawny plant outside already in peat/soil/perlite/dirt/pebbles and gave it a big drink till next week - if its lucky. ;)

I hooked the $15 Ringgrip fan from Bunnings up to the middle of the roof and its working nicely although I expected it to pull more air - it needs a light trap still.

I have 2 timers now - one for the fans to turn on/off every 15 minutes and one for flowering - both are HPM brand, cost $10 and they also can be put onto always on with a switch - Im getting 2 more of them next year for 18/6 and a water pump.

I seen 40Watt CFs at Bunnings today and recommend them - they come in screwin and bayonet style plugs and come in normal white and warm white - Ill be using 4 in my setup and will get them in a few weeks. :D
