& check out the dead ant stuck to the resin - I get shit loads of these as I have ants nestin im me reservoir & pots!!!

Don't seem to do any harm - maybe keep other nasties away.

However - they do go 'pop' if ya unlucky enough to smoke one & they taste shite!

What a way to go tho!

ants can bring in aphids...which are a bugga to get rid of...I think they feed off the sugary secretion of the aphids....

Ants arent a good sign....

yeah I heard ants 'aphid farm'

I definitely do not have aphids tho. I have tried & tried to get rid of them to no avail - they love it in there & I have learned to live with them - what else can I do? I don't wanna poison them as they reside in the pots & may take the poison into the rootball?

Everytime I finish a grow I try to rid them but like Arnie - they'll be back!

i know im way late in replying to this thread but those ladies looked lovely :thumbsup

have u tried using ant-rid between crops? if u use that stuff along the edges of the grow room, around the ground (or where ever the pots sit), everywhere pretty much they wont like it at all and stay the fuck out ;)

also the "pop" u hear when smoking an ant is due to the chemical structure of their outter exoskeleton...apparently it contains a few of the chemicals that are used to make TNT ;) also their insides can explode due to the mass heat ;)
