deep breathing relaxation

Hi all,

Been doing deep breathing exercises as part of my therapy, but something clicked in my head, happens sometimes, and i thought about when you smoke, whether it's j, billy or vapourise etc so on and so forth. Anyway when we take a hit of MJ, we first exhale to clear our lungs, we then do deep inhale for the MJ, we hold it for a few seconds, or more wink.gif ,and then slowly exhale, then we let the smoke just float around in our head for a few seconds, then breathe again. Soon feel relaxed too laugh.gif after a few minutes of doing this. This is deep breathing therapy.. biggrin.gif

Anyway told my theory to my doc and she nearly PHSL, she's never considered that before.

Also after years of practise, you already breathe better than most people, cos you deep breathe naturally.

So moral to my story is; Bugga the deep breathing exercises i'll do mine when i smoke cones..

good 1 dani, that reminds me wen i was younger we usto crouch down real low pull a cone an as you stand up qik breath in as deep as u can an hold it in u get the madest rush an sumtimes you nearly faint only last a few seconds but your legless lmfao , if you do it to many times but you get a bangin.gif ( head ace ) lol
