Forced Flowering Outdoors

Heya,

 

I have a mate renting a house and we were discussing the possibilities of using chemicals to keep his plant in flower. It has started flowering already, but since he is moving house before the time of a normal harvest, he is interested in what is available.

 

The other best idea we had was covering it with a big plank of chipboard to resuce the light intensity.

i doubt it would revert to veg this late in the season, i reckon ya best bet would be to start feeding with budding nutes and cross ya fingers it finishes before he moves out

yea phreak maybe put the board up on the side of the setting sun and have the board positioned so the plant cops the shade a couple of hours before it would without the board .. something like that eh

Is it actually possible to revert it chemically?

well flowering is triggered by the photoperiod and nothing else .. as far as i know

Exception being auto-flowering strains of course their trigger is genetic

You dont have to put the board up and take it down everyday... just position it next to the plant, so the plant gets full sun all day, until about 3 pm then its in shadow from the setting sun... so the plant thinks the suns goin down early...

Or maybe another board on the eastern side, to block sunlight hitting the plant for a couple more hours in the morning...

During the full daylight, all the reflected light will ruin your efforts anyway, it will only work on rising sun and setting sun.

I would personally try to re-locate the plant.

switch to bloom fertz P and K

then she should stay there

as long as she is comfy

any stress or too much grow juice eg high N frets

and she might revert

if that happens just start with the 14 day block out again

 

this is about day 9 of the black out

she is just starting to set flower
