Is it too late to start growing in NSW?

hey i just harvested one plant i had in a park i had growing, i never touched it let nature do its thing didnt get much but off of it. it was my first plant ever, and i just planted 4 more seedlings outside in a pot which are like 5cm high now, and i was wondering if its too late to go and plant them in the bush now? what will happen if they do will they bud or not? thanks. i live sydney

It's only early Dec, so you've got plenty of time for the plants to do their thing. They grow quickest this time of the year anyway.

 

5cm is a bit small. I'd let the seedlings get a bit bigger before whacking them out bush. They're awfully susceptible to insect attack and the elements when they're little. Let them get 4-6 inches if possible.

 

From my experience growing in Sydney, your plants won't begin to flower until early February. So you've got 2 solid months of vegetative growth until then. Do everything right, and you should pull a few ounces no worries.
