Willie Nelson Busted

Country music singer Willie Nelson has been arrested in Texas on suspicion of drug possession.

 

The singer's tour bus was pulled over by Border Patrol police at a Sierra Blanca checkpoint at around 9am (local time) on Friday and a subsequent search of the vehicle reportedly turned up 170 grams of marijuana.

 

The 77-year-old was booked in Hudspeth County Jail and posted $2500 bail, according to TMZ.com.

 

Nelson had been on his way from California to Austin when he was busted.

 

Not a hard bust for a lazy copper! Of course willie has mull on him....DUH!!!

Not the first time Willie's been done for pot.. friggen LOSER ... Willie Nelson is one of THE pioneers for the advocacy of pot.. Just a living ICON!!!!!11 Especially by the way he has never promoted nor denied whether he smokes or not... Seems like a witch hunt.. They went after him for tax evasion a few years ago and that didn't work so now they wannna create a whole new drama that is ABSOLUTE BS..
