Portable Air Conditioning? Nedd Advise

Hi Guys Please help!!!

 

It's getting close to summer and I'm getting a little paranoid about the 40 degree days and 30 degree nights.

 

So...... I am considering buying a portable Air conditioner. I have a few question before i grab one and was hoping somebody already owned one and could give some advise.

 

1.can you set a portable AC to switch on, when a grow room reaches a certain temperature ??? if so can you recommend a brand type.

 

2 if not, is there any sort of thermostat (like a programmable timer) i can plug between the AC and the wall socket to control it???? again if so can you please recommend one to me.

These lil things will do the job, built in thermostat, so it is always on fan but compressor kicks in when temp gets too high. This is a cheapy for a small room, if you go the larger ones (although more$$) you can do larger areas.

Pay particular attention to how you install it as this will have a big influence on how well it runs.

It's even got a remote control , it's a dehumidifier as well(has a special setting) , and it's like having your own R2D2 . . Gh72
