Plants Have Been Stunted From High Nutes

hey all, my plant got shocked when i first planted the clone becuase i fed her on 800ppm of nutrients and she didnt like it,she was taking all the food out of the leaves and growing a massive root system...when i noticed i had a nutrient problem i flushed it several times and i am running pure rain water wish a 5.8ph....now she has taken off in the last 3 days and been on rain water for 1 week and 4 days should i start them on nutrients again and what level should i start at? i dont want to shock them again!!!!!

btw i was using growrite by fastway hydroponics.

dolmio i start my clones at about 300 - 400ppm for the first week, give them a feed now & they'll be happy.
