Darwin Growing

Still ploughing through all the stuff. Found some ace general growing guidelines that should help me out. I don't have the luxury of growing my seedlings inside under a big light so I'm going to be doing the whole thing outside. I have a few ideas about that already. I'm think of making some sort of mini green house just to protect them from the downpours we are already having until they get a bit bigger.

 

I have realized that I can grow all year round up here and due to a lack of access to seeds am currently researching taking cuttings (cloning?) so I can have some going non-stop. That would be cool because it will mean I don't need to grow so much. As I said this is defiantly just for me so if I can get away with 1 or 2 plants I would be a lot happier and am going to get in far less trouble should I be caught.

 

I don't know anyone up here (quite new to town) so can't get my hands on bag seed, which is a bit annoying when I think about all the seed I've chucked away over the years.

 

The only thing I'm really worried about now is the humidity up here. I struggle with it myself so I'm a little concerned my buds are going to rot. I've read the I should make sure the phosphorus levels are where they should be as the rot only grows when levels are low. At the height of the rainy season mold grows on pretty much everything up here

 

I'm still not clear as to whats going to happen about flowering either as day/night times don't really change much up here. That's why I was thinking about getting auto flowering. Speaking of which how do auto flowering plants cope with being cloned?

Autos would be awesome up there in the dry season, although from what Ive read you only get around an ounce per plant or so..... Heaps of smokers up there mate, you will meet some eventually, everyones fairly laid back... I spent 6 mths up there this time last year LOVED IT!!!

Any recommendations for growing in the wet? I'm guessing something such as Holland's Hope which claims to be very mold resistant would be a good choice. I'm quite staggered by the price of seeds TBH. I'd want to get good at cloning pretty quickly.

Sweet. Great looking recommendation there. Defiantly worth a look and the most promising yet.

With the hours of daylight being between 13 hours and 10 minutes and 12 hours 45 minutes I'm going to experience issues with getting my plants to a decent size, if I'm reading correctly.

 

What if anything should I do about this. As I have said I can't grow inside. I'm guessing getting some fast growing plants should do it. So confusing.

 

Also really liking the idea of the Low Rider strains. Just something small that I can keep cloning
