Pedistal Fan?

Recommended Posts

I have just put my babies in there new home and have the temp just right (26c under the lights) I have an air con (portable) running during the day and also have a fan in and out for airflow. Do I need to put in a fan to move the air around despite the fact that I do not have any hot spots in the room (air con works a charm)? I have been told by some that a padistal fan is needed to strengthen the plants with a gentle breeze, while others seem to talk about using the fan soley as a technique for moving hot air from under the lights.

Any thoughts would be apreceated.

I aint no expert.. But your temps are pretty much perfect and the air con and fan your running at the moment should provide a little bit of a breeze in the room? Unless the plants show weak stems there shouldnt be a need for it just yet.. But if the fan doesnt take your temps down much more it wouldnt hurt.
